MARK SCOTT, President Mark Scott, CR, GCP is president of MARK IV with thirty years of experience in the building trade. Mark is a founding member of the Remodelers Information Technology (RIT) group, established to share knowledge, experiences and goals in integrating technology into the remodeling profession. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the local NARI chapter and has completed his tenure as the national NARI representative to the National Institute of Building Science (NIBS). A past president of the Montgomery County Builders Association (MCBA), Mark has been an active member of the group of builders, leading their mansionization taskforce. Mark recently was awarded his Certified Green Professional rating from NARI and his Building Analyst Professional rating from the Building Performance Institute, Inc. Mark is now focusing his time as a professional speaker at remodeling conferences and local citizen associations.
